Jason Hayes and his team will stay in Asia during SEAL Team Season 7, Episode 4, and while not much happens in this hour, David Boreanaz’s character continues to develop and the rest of Bravo is taking notice. Paramount+’s military drama television series created by Benjamin Cavell is almost halfway through its final season and The Bravo team is still on shaky ground. Almost every member has personal problems, some more obvious than others. But as SEAL Team Season 7 continues, decisions about the future become clearer.

As some may know, the Commando sent Bravo overseas to SEAL Team Season 7, Episode 3 to help the DEA with a joint task force targeting the Sai Lou, a Chinese crime syndicate involved in drug trafficking. Although they were nearly compromised on their last mission to gather intelligence on the Sai Lou, Bravo made it out alive (thanks in large part to Drew Franklin). Despite the close call on the operation in Episode 3, Jason’s team receives an even more dangerous and risky mission in SEAL Team Season 7, Episode 4, “Heroes and criminals.”

Bravo’s mission with the DEA continues in Season 7, Episode 4 of “SEAL Team”

The DEA gives Bravo Team another mission, based on Sai Lou in Paramount+’s SEAL Team Season 7, Episode 4. Jason, Sonny Quinn, Omar Hamza, Brock Reynolds, Drew Franklin and Trent Sawyer are tasked Collecting intelligence from a fentanyl precursor factory in Sai Lou, Myanmar (to connect Beijing to Sai Lou). They must then blow it up to disrupt the Syndicate’s activities, but Bravo wants to ensure that the number of casualties is kept to a minimum by making sure there are no factory workers in the building.

Although the team believes they have developed a decent plan to protect most of the citizens while harming Sai Lou, Jason tells them that it won’t do any good (since there would still be victims) and that they need to approach the operation from a different perspective. SEAL Team Characters target the vehicle delivering the factory workers’ paychecks. The idea is that if the workers aren’t paid, they won’t show up for their shift at the factory and won’t be blown up during Bravo’s mission. Unfortunately, Sai Lou forces the workers to come to work at gunpoint, disrupting the operation.

However, Bravo, always on the ball, stops the workers from entering the factory by raining money on them. While they are distracted, the rest of the team prepares the explosives. After that, the SEALs escape and blow up the factory, protecting innocent citizens and completing their mission in SEAL Team Season 7, Episode 4.

Why Jason made some questionable decisions during the Myanmar mission

Jason rejects the team’s first plan

After the traumatic terrorist attack in Sweden in SEAL Team Season 7, Episode 2, In episode 4, Jason’s downward spiral continues to falter. His traumatic brain injury (TBI) is taking its toll, and he’s clearly not doing well (and may not be fit to lead Bravo). Unfortunately, Jason doesn’t talk to anyone about his problems, which is hurting not only himself but his team as well, as seen in Episode 4.

Bravo is surprised when Jason shoots down her first plan for her operation in Myanmar. SEAL Team Season 7, Episode 4. They say that is not his style, and Drew even claims that Jason is afraid. The team comes up with a million reasons why Jason acts this way (like he’s being overly cautious), but the simple answer came from Drew – Jason is afraid of himself and what might happen when he’s under a lot of pressure.

Ray accuses Jason of protecting himself

Ray knows Jason better than anyone else, That is why he is the one who portrays David Boreanaz’s character in SEAL Team Season 7, Episode 4. Bravo’s mission in Myanmar is ultimately successful, but that doesn’t stop Ray from going to Jason with his concerns after an hour in the dive bar. Jason makes some questionable and out of character decisions during the operation and Ray wants to know why.

Jason’s excuse is that he just wants to protect his men. Ray, on the other hand, believes Jason is protecting himself (and he’s not wrong). Only time will tell if this conversation will lead to Jason finally opening up to Ray in the future. SEAL Team Episodes of season 7.

Drew remains a closed book

One of SEAL Team The biggest questions of season 7 revolve around Drew and his mysterious past, but episode 4 unfortunately doesn’t give viewers much more information about the new character. Sonny and Omar continue to push Drew to open up, and he continues to refuse. They even try to force him to undergo Bravo’s initiation rite for new members, but Jason quickly puts a stop to that. As some may recall, Jason is fully aware of what happened to Drew, so it seems like Bravo-1 is protecting its new team member, which leads to Sonny and Omar’s inability to get close to Drew.

Sonny and Omar are not the only ones trying to break through Drew’s walls in the story of SEAL Team Season 7, Episode 4 – Ray also tries to talk to the new guy at the end of the hour. In an attempt to get him to open up (a plan that ultimately fails), Ray shows himself vulnerable towards Drew. He explains that the closer he gets to retirement, the harder it is for him to leave the SEALs because he has started a new family.
