“The ship is hit by a catastrophic storm that exposes a large leak and puts the deck crew on high alert. Tensions rise as the stewards vent their frustration at a sailor. As the storm intensifies, the interior crew’s plans are disrupted, leading to chaos and challenges on board.”

“The azure waters and ancient ruins of Athens, Greece provide the backdrop as Captain Sandy returns to steer her team through a season filled with new and daunting challenges. Between eccentric guests, a plethora of late-night demands requiring intervention, and an unprecedented mechanical problem that calls all hands on deck, the crew faces stormy waves from the start.
“Back on board the 180-foot M/Y Mustique, a series of initial hurdles gets the crew off on the wrong foot. Amid a saga of delayed provisions deliveries, managing a complicated interior department and a medical emergency, Aesha struggles to provide guests with a five-star service experience. Chef Jono, a self-taught culinary architect, quickly realizes he must meet high expectations in order to prove his culinary skills to guests. Meanwhile, the deck crew faces hurdles of their own and must learn that communication is key to successfully surviving the season.
“This season’s cruises add tension as two crew members embark on a mutual love affair, causing unrest in the departments. A personal relationship also tests a deckhand’s budding romance and forces her to make a difficult decision.

Captain Sandy is back for another season of Below Deck Mediterranean. With 33 years of experience in the yachting industry and more than eight seasons of experience in Below deck Franchise she is ready to set sail again.
Chef Stew Aesha Scott will join Captain Sandy and return to the Mediterranean where she began her sailing career.
