Filming is currently underway for The Last of Us Season 2 and it seems that the studios had to take more security precautions for Abby actress Kaitlyn Dever. The second season of the series closely follows the events of The Last of Us Part II, whose plot sparked strong reactions among players.

Merced added that Dever is “a cool, calm person who never lets anything bother him” and “always has his head in the right place.” However, there is concern that Dever will face hate after The Last of Us Season 2 airs, especially since death threats against Bailey continued years after The Last of Us Part II was released.
