In January, Tullytown District Police and Bucks County Criminal Investigation began investigating an alleged sexual assault of a 13-year-old girl at a Tullytown home where Oliver, a 16-year-old boy and a 15-year-old girl were also staying, the affidavit states.

According to the affidavit, Oliver demanded sex from both girls from January 14 to 15, but the girls refused, according to county police.

The next morning, Oliver asked the 13-year-old girl to watch a movie with him before putting his fingers down her pants. He continued despite the girl begging him to stop, police said.

After allegedly raping her, Oliver told her he would “get his gun from his house and kill her” if she said anything. He then forced her to perform oral sex on him, the affidavit states.

According to court documents, Oliver sent her a Snapchat message the next day asking for a clear photo of the girl.

After a report of alleged rape and sexual assault was made, investigators seized several pieces of evidence.

The Pennsylvania State Police crime lab tested evidence and found Oliver’s DNA in the 13-year-old girl’s underwear, court records say.

When interviewed by police, Oliver denied any sexual contact and said the girl asked him for sex, the affidavit states.
