SummitMedia LLC has tapped Chadwick “AJ” Hausknecht as SVP of programming for the formats Top 40, Hot AC and AC.

AJ comes from SummitMedia iHeartMediawhere he served as the company’s regional senior vice president of Carolina Metro programming, overseeing a region of five markets and 28 radio brands.

With his twenty years of experience in broadcasting, he will now lead the SummitMedia stations WPYA (Hits of today 97.3)/Birmingham, WWST (star 102.1)/Knoxville, WVEZ (Mix 106.9)/Louisville, KQCH (Channel 94.1)/Omaha, KSRZ (Star 104.5)/Omaha, WURV (103.7 Your Diversity)/Richmond, KSPW (Performance 96.5)/Springfield and KRTR (Crater 96.3)/Honolulu.
