Milo Ventimiglia from “This Is Us” reunites with his co-stars for a special episode

this is us Star Milo Ventimiglia reunited with some of his co-stars for a special appearance on their rewatch podcast.

Earlier this year, stars Sterling K Brown, Mandy Moore and Chris Sullivan launched a special series called That was uswhere they watch the show again and delve deeper.

They have now confirmed the exciting news that none other than Jack Pearson will be appearing in one of the next episodes.

When the guest appearance from Ventimiglia was announced, the podcast’s official Instagram page initially made a teaser with a picture of Moore and her husband on screen, as well as a photo of them together from a previous set.

A post was later shared showing Brown, Moore and Sullivan alongside their former co-star, captioning it: “Current plans: Recording a very special episode of #ThatWasUs with Jack Pearson “Milo Ventimiglia!!! #This is us.”

Fans could hardly contain their excitement, with one writing: “THIS IS GOING TO BE THE BEST EPISODE YET OH MY GOD I’M SO EXCITED.”

“The episode I’ve been waiting for. I love you all so much guys,” added another, with a third suggesting, “This episode needs to be (at least) 2 hours long.”

That was us was first announced in April and the trio explained at the time: “The Pearsons’ story may be over after six seasons, but our stories continue.

“For six seasons and 106 episodes, we met every Tuesday with tissues in one hand and wine from the pantry in the other. Why? Because we recognized ourselves in the structure of their lives.

“Maybe we cried at least once in every episode, maybe not, but let’s just say our tears served as emotional catharsis…”

The stars added that they will “really dig in and dig deep” by “analyzing each episode, bringing in some very special guests, having the difficult conversations and maybe doing some collective healing along the way?”
