GO ON AND DIE have announced a new live album!

titled Better dead than mainstream: Live at the Marquee Theaterthe upcoming live album of the Arizona-based Death/Crust band, is scheduled to be released in September this year via Nuclear Blast Records.

The album was recorded at the band’s show, which was the opening act for SOUL FLYINGnext to IGNITE And HEALING MAGIC. That evening they played their debut album, which was released two months earlier. The sound for the live album was produced, edited and mastered by Arthur RizkFor the album cover, the band hired Costin Chioreanu to create the work of art.

The singer/guitarist talks about the upcoming live album Max Cavalera says, “It is amazing to me that the lockdown made it possible Igor and me the opportunity to make such a brutal record! This era offered us a clear view of damaging social problems as authoritarian rule exploded in an aggressive way. This is a real live album with no overdubs. It’s as brutal as the pandemic!”

Singer/Guitarist/Bassist Igor Amadeus Cavalera adds: “Play live with GAAD is an absolute adrenaline rush. You can hear the unleashed, raw energy in every song on this record.”
