In 2023, the Lebo Wolves started the season 0-3.

The Wolves then won six straight games before falling to Hanover in the regional round of the 8-Man Division II playoffs. Lebo is hoping for a faster start to the season with several key players returning for the 2024 season.

Lebo will be led by seniors Zach Oswald and Drew Konrade. Senior Eli Hauff and junior Brayden Hopkins also return to the Wolves.

The Wolves’ first five games will see them face Lyon County League opponents, starting with a Week 1 home game against Madison. Outside of LCL games in district play, Lebo will face Rural Vista and Centre, as well as Sunrise Christian.

Lebo will appear twice in KVOE’s Area Game of the Week, Sept. 13 at Northern Heights and Sept. 27 at home against Hartford. The Sept. 13 game will be broadcast on Mix 104.9 as Kansas State plays Arizona. The Sept. 27 game will be broadcast on Country 101.7 FM.
