Dancer goes viral with her “energetic” interpretation of the “Can-Can”

When a new viral dance trend hits, we get totally hooked and watch all the videos. We’ve spent hours watching people breakdancing, line dancing, and hip hop trends. The can-can trend is a favorite on TikTok, and dancer April Joy Johnston’s performance, @thisisnotaprilatall, is incredible.

She dances so fast and with such precision that it almost seems as if April is floating in the air. As the music plays, she kicks, jumps and moves as if her life depended on it. One of her can-can videos was a real hit and was viewed 26 million times.

“I literally can’t stop watching this,” wrote another.

“I think my last dance is better in terms of the dance steps, but personally I like how energetic this one is. But now the clicking of heels is part of my dances,” she explained.
