The home is located off Henderson Road on Slate Run Woods Court, but is nestled on a wooded 3-acre lot with a ravine and creek.
Built in 1999, the home included more than $700,000 worth of recent upgrades, according to RE/MAX Connections agent DeLena Ciamacco, who is listing the home for $3 million.
Improvements include a new roof and three new HVAC units. Including the finished lower level, the home has 9,418 square feet, seven bedrooms and six and a half bathrooms.

The entrance to the house is flanked by two rounded turrets. Visitors enter through an entry gallery into a two-story great room overlooking the backyard.
