Netflix has finally announced the episode titles for the upcoming third season of Heart stopper.

According to the streamer, the titles are: ‘Love’, ‘Home’, ‘Talk’, ‘Journey’, ‘Winter’, ‘Body’, ‘Together’ and ‘Apart’.

The third season, which premieres on Netflix on October 3, follows Charlie (Joe Locke) trying to “tell Nick he loves him” while Nick (Kit Connor) “has something important to tell Charlie too.”

“As the summer holidays come to an end and the months fly by, the friends realize that the school year will bring both joys and challenges,” the synopsis says.

“As they learn more about each other and their relationships, plan social events and parties, and begin to think about college choices, everyone must learn to lean on the people they love when life doesn’t go according to plan.”

In an interview with Tudum from NetflixCreator Alice Oseman said the season will “feel very different and people will be surprised”: “That doesn’t mean the show is deviating from its core message – in fact, the first episode of season three is titled ‘Love’.”

They further revealed that Charlie’s mental health issues will “drive the plot” in season three and that viewers can also expect the characters to deal with more serious topics such as “sex” and “college ambitions.”

In addition to Locke and Connor, Yasmin Finney as Elle, William Gao as Tao, Corinna Brown as Tara, Kizzy Edgell as Darcy, Tobie Donovan as Isaac, Jenny Walser as Tori and Rhea Norwood as Imogen return in the third season, as well as newcomer Jensen Clayden as Oliver Spring.
