The hot star was visibly in a celebratory mood after “Modern Family” won the Emmy for Outstanding Comedy Series for the fourth year in a row.

The star, who plays the hilarious Gloria Delgado-Pritchett on the series, showed why she is one of the sexiest stars in Hollywood as she twerked on the dance floor at HBO’s Emmy party.

The 41-year-old showed off her lewd hip movement in her figure-hugging Vera Wang dress and even posted the proof on Twitter for her fans, with an ironic comment to Miley Cyrus.

“Miley Cyrus, this is where the twerk was invented. Columbia!” she joked.

The actress also posted a series of photos of her dancing with co-stars and other celebrities throughout the night.

“Sorry @jessetyler but that’s how we dance sometimes,” she captioned a photo of herself dancing with her co-star Jesse Tyler Ferguson’s husband.

But Sofia isn’t the only star who wants to give Miley some twerking tips.

Over the weekend, rapper Sean “Diddy” Combs reprimanded the controversial pop singer for performing the dance steps incorrectly.

“We gotta tell them about this twerking, because you gotta do twerking right,” Diddy told omg! Insider at the i Heart Radio Music Festival in Las Vegas.

“You have to move both cheeks!”

Something tells us the former Disney star isn’t stopping anytime soon, so she still has plenty of time to perfect her twerking style…
