New and improved Google Fiber Fast Lanes have been installed at Children’s Mercy Park this season, making entry safe and easy! To simplify the entry process, we ask that fans do not bring bags into the stadium. If you would like to bring a bag, please follow the clear bag policy. All bags may be searched.

Sporting KC tickets are available on mobile only and can be managed through your SeatGeek account manager. Speed ​​through entry by having your digital tickets ready before you arrive at the gate – Tickets will now be scanned before you pass through security upon entering the stadium.. Please note that screenshots of tickets are no longer accepted. We strongly recommend transferring tickets to each member of your group prior to entry to expedite entry.

For all transactions in the building, Cash is no longer accepted. The Sporting KC app allows you to order items from Sporting Style and all concession locations via mobile.

If you take a bag into the stadium, it must be clear. Clear bags measuring 12″ x 12″ x 6″ or smaller may be permitted after a thorough inspection by stadium security personnel. Fans should be prepared to open their bags for inspection and may be asked by security personnel to move and possibly remove the contents. All bags will be subject to search and this inspection will be considered a condition of entry.

Fans who are required to bring a medical bag or diaper bag and are accompanied by an infant or young child will be subject to the same screening procedures. These bags will be searched and tagged by security personnel after screening. Backpacks (Including handbag backpacks, clear backpacks or drawstring/webbing bags of any type and size) are not permitted in Children’s Mercy Park. Small handbags measuring 4.5″ x 6.5″ or smaller may be permitted after a thorough inspection by stadium security personnel.

Please note that the opposing team’s colors and equipment are NOT permitted in the fan stands. If you are wearing the opposing team’s equipment, your seats will be moved to another area in Children’s Mercy Park.

Smoking and smokeless tobacco

Smoking (including e-cigarettes) and smokeless tobacco are not allowed anywhere in Children’s Mercy Park.
