Good Girls Bakery has opened its first brick-and-mortar store at Eagleview Town Center in Exton, announced the Hankin Group, a family-owned and full-service real estate company.

Good Girls Bakery is open Tuesday through Sunday from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at 565 Wellington Square. Good Girls Bakery follows the recent openings of Good Life Organic Kitchen and Twin Valley Coffee and adds to Eagleview Town Center’s vibrant culinary scene.

Known for its sourdough bread, English muffins and breakfast pastries, Good Girls Bakery has humble beginnings. It started at farmers markets across the region, including at Eagleview Town Center, and grew into a sought-after establishment. This opening represents a significant expansion for Good Girls Bakery, providing guests with a permanent location to satisfy their appetite for delicious baked goods.

“We are thrilled to welcome Good Girls Bakery to Eagleview Town Center,” said Stacy Martin, vice president of commercial sales and leasing for the Hankin Group. “Their talent for baking and commitment to quality are a perfect fit with our vision of Eagleview Town Center as a destination for exceptional food.”

Located in the award-winning Eagleview community, Eagleview Town Center includes a dynamic mix of residential, commercial and retail spaces. From Restaurant Row and specialty shops to professional offices and fitness facilities, Town Center offers many amenities designed to enrich the lives of residents and visitors. At the heart of Eagleview Town Center lies a beautifully landscaped, two-acre gathering place that hosts a variety of community events including festivals, movie nights, summer concerts and a weekly farmers market.

Good Girls Bakery will continue to offer its signature sourdough breads, croissants, cinnamon rolls and English muffins, as well as new pastries and all-day breakfast and lunch snacks.

“Chef Sarah and I have been part of Eagleview for 15 years combined and this community has always been so warm and supportive,” said Maddie Rumpf, co-owner of Good Girls Bakery. “It’s truly a privilege to be able to give back that love through our food.”
