How to watch EFL Cup in UK: Live streams, TV channels, start times, latest Carabao Cup schedule

The 2024 EFL Carabao Cup, involving teams from the top four English football leagues, begins on Tuesday.

It is one of the few tournaments that breaks down the barriers between up-and-coming and well-funded clubs in the country. Every club from the top four divisions of English football and a total of 92 teams take part in the tournament.

Middlesbrough will face Stoke City in the opening game of the 2024 edition.

Most of the Carabao Cup matches of the 2024/25 season will be broadcast on Sky Sports+.

In the 2024/25 season, Sky Sports+ will be home to most matches from every round of the competition. Games can usually be streamed live on select Tuesdays and Wednesdays at 2:45pm ET when the competition is in progress.
