Bill Belichick takes on another media job; this time as a podcast host

The Let’s Go! podcast is getting a bit of an overhaul. Tom Brady co-hosted the SiriusXM show with Jim Gray for the past three seasons, but now that the former New England Patriots quarterback is taking on a new role at FOX as the network’s lead NFL analyst, he’s passed the torch to his former coach.

SiriusXM announced Monday that Bill Belichick and Maxx Crosby will join Gray as hosts of the weekly podcast, with Brady recommending that Belichick take over for him.

“I thank Tom for his recommendation. When Jim offered me the opportunity, I said, ‘Let’s go,'” Belichick said in a statement. “When people say ‘Let’s go,’ it conveys a sense of camaraderie and teamwork, that everyone involved shares the same goals and enthusiasm. And that’s exactly how I feel about joining the ‘Let’s Go’ team at SiriusXM.”

Participation in “Let’s Go!” is just Belichick’s latest media project.

In addition to his weekly appearance on “The Pat McAfee Show,” Belichick will appear on the CW’s “Inside The NFL” alongside Ryan Clark, Chad Johnson and Chris Long and will be a regular guest on the “Manningcast” on “Monday Night Football.”

Belichick will also have his own weekly show on Underdog Fantasy called “Coach, with Bill Belichick.”

The first episode of “Let’s Go!” with Belichick, Crosby and Gray will be released on September 2nd.
