Chemistry Class: Roommates Show, Episode 22

Chemistry Class: Roommates Show, Episode 22

Welcome back to chemistry class! Our two favorite pals Jalen Brunson and Josh Hart are back with the Roommates show. The last episode, which felt a little slower than most, didn’t feature a guest. As a result, we got to watch our favorite duo chop it up. Which isn’t a bad thing! But let’s be honest – a guest always adds some spice to an episode.

This time we got a special treat to make up for it. The podcast was recorded live at Fanatics Fest, which seemed as cool as it was an overpriced money-making scheme. This was the first time they had done it in front of a live audience, which was sweet to see. New York is really in love with these guys. Of course, the best thing about recording at a fan fest is that there is no shortage of guests to choose from. That’s how we came up with The squad.

Oh Man. This should be fun. Tom Brady. Weezy F Baby. Biggest crowd of the day.

Just FYI: This isn’t the most basketball-related episode. It’s a lot about the NFL and the rap game. But I won’t give away any more than that. Here are some of the highlights.

Jalen Brunson on Tom Brady:

“The only thing New Yorkers and I don’t have in common is our favorite football team. The only thing we have in common is that we both beat him (Brady).”

Brady on the Curtsy Entry into the final:

“I have a feeling you can do it”

Brady on his outsider mentality:

Tunechi on his studio process:

Brady & Lil Wayne on the journey compared to the finished product:

Anyway, this episode was very entertaining! Not a lot of talk from the Knicks perspective…at all…but still great to see Brunson and Hart grow their brand in front of a live audience. Not to mention they shared the stage with two GOATs, Tom Brady and Lil Wayne. Absolutely legendary cast and that makes for an entertaining episode.

We’ll be back soon! Until next time, Knicks family.
