Winner of ‘Once Upon a Playhouse’ announced on ‘Last Thursdays Downtown’ – ABC 6 News

(ABC 6 News) – The three winners of the Once Upon a Playhouse raffle were chosen Thursday at the last Thursdays Downtown of the summer.
The raffle ran all summer long and tickets were available at Rochesterfest and Thursdays Downtown. Winners take home their own custom playhouses built by local contractors.
Family Service Rochester and the Rochester Area Builders Association have partnered on Once Upon a Playhouse for 15 years, and all raffle proceeds benefit their youth mental health programs.
Scott Maloney, executive director of Family Service Rochester, said these programs give children the support they need to succeed.
“Children need support to succeed, and we are pleased that our mental health services can help children achieve their goals, contribute to society and succeed in school,” Maloney said.
Once Upon a Playhouse will return next summer.
