Modern Floors, a renowned Ghanaian premium flooring company recently hailed as Africa’s homegrown global flooring giant, showcased its impressive product range at the Uganda Buildcon International Exhibition held at the UMA Show Grounds in Kampala, Uganda from 8th to 10th August 2024.

Led by award-winning CEO Basil David Anthony, the Modern Floors team delivered an exceptional presentation of their offering, including vinyl flooring (PVC) tiles (LVT), SPC supercore tiles, adhesives and waterproofing solutions. They highlighted the suitability of their products for the relatively cool climate of East Africa and demonstrated their versatility and quality.

A standout feature of Modern Floors’ product range is its vinyl (PVC) (LVT) tiles. These tiles are not only stylish and durable, but they are also environmentally friendly. LVT tiles are designed with sustainability in mind and often contain recycled materials and advanced manufacturing processes that reduce their environmental impact.

Their low VOC (volatile organic compound) content contributes to better indoor air quality, making them a healthier choice for residential and commercial spaces. In addition, their long lifespan and easy maintenance improve their environmental profile, as they need to be replaced less frequently and require fewer laborious cleaning products.

The exhibition organisers, Futurex Trade Fair and Events PVT Ltd., recognised Modern Floors with a certificate of participation on the final day, expressing their gratitude for the company’s outstanding contribution to the event.
