Kangana Ranaut, who is known for speaking her mind, is currently promoting her next film, Emergency, in which she plays the role of former Indian Prime Minister Indira Gandhi. In a recent conversation with NBT, Kangana revealed that she once turned down an offer to sing a dance number in Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s ‘Ram Leela’. The offer eventually went to Priyanka Chopra.

Explaining her decision, the Queen actress said, “Aap dekh lijiye mujhe Sanjay Leela Bhansali ne bhi Ram Leela film Jo hai usme item number ke liye bulaya. Moreover, Kangana Ranaut recently revealed that she had turned down a role in Sanju, the hit film in which Ranbir portrayed Sanjay Dutt. The film, directed by Rajkumar Hirani, also featured stars like Anushka Sharma, Dia Mirza and Sonam Kapoor.

Kangana did not reveal what role she was offered in Sanju, but mentioned that Ranbir personally approached her with the offer.
