Big Brother’s Instagram page posted a message on their story on Sunday evening.

“Friendly reminder that tonight’s episode airs at 9:30/8:30c and 9:00 a.m. Pacific Time,” it said.

“And find out who the instigator of the AI is.”

Normally, the Sunday episodes this season were broadcast at 9 p.m., not the usual 8 p.m.

The NFL preseason overrun will move into the normal 60-minute broadcast time slot at 7 p.m., so each broadcast will be pushed back 30 minutes.

“Tulsa King” will air at 8:30 instead of 8 after 60 minutes, which pushes “Big Brother” and “Tracker” back to 10:30.

With football broadcasts beginning in September, this is certainly not the only episode to be postponed this season, nor is it the first.

The Sunday shows usually consist of the Head of Household competition (unless it is broadcast on Thursday) and the nominations for the week.

However, this episode reveals who was elected the “AI Instigator” that America voted on last week.

The houseguest chosen as the winner is allowed to bully the other contestants and hide their true identity using artificial intelligence-based deepfakes, causing chaos.

“Boo!” said one Reddit user about the change.

“Could end even later,” noted another.

Another change

At the end of Thursday’s episode, after Brooklyn Rivera was kicked out, host Julie Chen Moonves announced another change to the program for the week.

The episode will still be broadcast on Wednesday at 8 p.m., but it will be extended.

Big Brother Villains

Big Brother has been popular with reality TV fans since 2000. In the show, a group of strangers live in a house and take on various challenges, including introducing villains.

Here’s a look at some of the most prolific villains:

  • Jessie Godderz
  • Aaryn Gries
  • Michael Malin
  • Dick Donato
  • Jackson Michie
  • Justin Sebik
  • Paul Abrahamian
  • Rachel Reilly
  • Will Kirby
  • Daniel Gheesling
  • Amanda Zuckerman
  • Jack Mathews
  • Shannon Drago
  • Chima Simone
  • Paulie Calafiore
  • Vanessa Rousso
  • Jessica Graf
  • Danielle Reyes
  • Matt Hoffman

“It’s a special two-hour episode in which the right of veto is once again up for debate,” 54-year-old Julie told viewers.

“Who will win? And will it be used for the sixth time in a row?”

The show on Thursday is not affected and will still be broadcast at 8 p.m.

Big chaos

Shortly before the big program change, Big Brother fans were angry because the live broadcasts were suddenly switched off on Saturday.

Big Brother immediately addressed the issue in his Instagram stories.

“Hey Big Brother fans! The live feeds might be longer than usual today due to a classic Veto competition and the AI Instigator twist,” they wrote.

“See all the fun and drama in this week’s episodes.”

Big Brother airs three times a week on CBS and the next day on Paramount+.

The live feeds can also be viewed with a Paramount+ subscription.

Big Brother will air on Sunday, August 25th at 9:30 p.m. instead of 9:00 p.m. due to the NFL preseason being delayed.
