Electronic pop artist from the Pacific Northwest Amava has released her new single, “Bitter end.” The song explores the idea of overcoming the fear of getting hurt, be it in a relationship or in life itself, and charging forward without hesitation.

In her own words she explains: “I imagined racing across the finish line in a car and then driving on.”

Songwriter/Producer from Nashville Lucas Arens produced “Bitter End,” while her upcoming EP is a collaboration with the artist and producer Lilith. Earlier this year, the couple released “Scare,” a foretaste of their joint efforts.

Amava started out as a folk artist and later developed her sound into an exciting mix of pop, hyperpop and electronic dance music.

Full of electro-pop dynamics and pulsing on a thumping dance rhythm, “Bitter End” pulsates with driving movement, highlighted by expanding on dazzling, pulsating layers of powerful vibrancy. Amava’s vocals range from darker, smoky tones to delicious high-pitched timbres, lending the lyrics a passionate determination.

With “Bitter End”, Amava continues to inject liveliness and momentum into the driving, stimulating electronic music, as well as powerful, delicate vocals.
