A Muscovite threw a mother and child out of the window of an apartment on the 16th floor; both died. The Main Investigation Commission of the Moscow Investigative Committee initiated criminal proceedings.

“A criminal case has been initiated over the incident in the south-east of Moscow. According to the investigation, on August 25, near a residential building on Krasnokazarmennaya Street in Moscow, the bodies of a woman and a child with injuries typical of falls from a height were found. Investigators from the metropolitan investigative committee are currently working at the scene of the incident,” the department said.

It is noted that the man who allegedly threw a woman and a small child out of the 16th floor apartment window continues to throw objects down.

“It has not yet been possible to enter the apartment where the emergency occurred. The work is ongoing,” an employee of the press service of the GSU IC in Moscow told TASS.

Presumably the man is in an inadequate condition.

According to the Telegram channel Shot, the incident occurred in the residential complex “Lefortovo Park” on Krasnokazarmennaya Street.

“A Muscovite who threw a woman and a baby out of a 16th-floor window locked himself in an apartment and no longer lets anyone in. The man stood naked at the window for a long time and threw things out. Now the courtyard of the Lefortovo Park residential complex is cordoned off. A criminal case has been opened, the situation is under the control of the prosecutor’s office,” adds TK.
