A final speech by Jameis Winston before the game before the start of the regular season
Backup quarterback Jameis Winston delivered the Cleveland Browns’ final speech before their preseason game against the Seattle Seahawks. Winston is known for his pregame speeches and the humorous twists they take. They are incredibly entertaining for the fans and hopefully a little motivating for the players as well.
Winston starts against the Seattle Seahawks after Deshaun Watson was listed as a short-term substitute.
The players crowded around Winston to hear his message before the gamemany for the last time. Winston emphasized the finality of the preseason, reminding players that the preseason game against the Seahawks could be the last time the players wear a uniform and play for each other. Winston told the team he wanted to leave Seattle with a win. Thankfully, Winston didn’t try to eat his fingers to prove that.
Winston has been a fantastic addition to the Cleveland Browns this offseason. The quarterback is dedicated to supporting Watson and the rest of the team. His personality has boosted team morale tremendously.
