What’s leaving Netflix UK this month? Movies and TV shows being removed in August

What goes up must come down – and it’s no different with films and TV shows on Netflix.

The streaming service adds a packed list of titles to its library every month, but also removes a large number of them – and in the UK’s case, it does so without warning subscribers.

This means that things you really wanted to watch after adding them to your watchlist can suddenly disappear.

Even Netflix original titles are no longer safe from these removals – this month the celebrated 19th century horror film will be removed from the schedule. The encirclementGerman series perfume and comedy special Tim Dillon: A real hero. During the US release on TNT, The encirclement was made available to stream on Netflix in the UK.

The Independent has compiled a complete list of every single film and television series that will be retired in August 2024.

Danger: We have compiled this list with the help of What’s on Netflix?.
