The combined market valuation of nine of the top 10 highest valued companies rose by Rs 95,522.81 crore last week, with Reliance Industries, TCS and HUL emerging as the biggest gainers.

The 30-share BSE Sensex rose for the fourth consecutive session on Friday, closing 33.02 points or 0.04 percent higher at 81,086.21.

Last week, the BSE benchmark rose 649.37 points or 0.80 percent.

Reliance Industries’ market capitalization (Mcap) increased by Rs 29,634.27 crore to Rs 20,297,1068 crore.

TCS’s valuation increased by Rs 17,167.83 crore to Rs 16,151,142.7 crore and Hindustan Unilever’s increased by Rs 15,225.36 crore to Rs 6,611,151.49 crore.

Bharti Airtel’s Mcap rose by Rs 12,268.39 crore to Rs 857,392.26 crore and ICICI Bank’s Mcap rose by Rs 11,524.92 crore to Rs 847,640.11 crore.

ITC saw an increase of Rs 3,965.14 crore to Rs 6,323,642.4 crore, while State Bank of India saw an increase of Rs 2,498.89 crore to Rs 7,275,789.99 crore.

Moreover, the valuation of Life Insurance Corporation of India increased by Rs 1,992.37 crore to Rs 6,710,5063 crore and that of Infosys increased by Rs 1,245.64 crore to Rs 7,732,6913 crore.

However, HDFC Bank’s market capitalization declined by Rs 4,835.34 crore to Rs 12,386,061.9 crore.

Reliance Industries retained the title of the highest valued company, followed by TCS, HDFC Bank, Bharti Airtel, ICICI Bank, Infosys, State Bank of India, LIC, Hindustan Unilever and ITC.
