The second worst Taco Bell in America is in Cincinnati, according to a Fast Company ranking.

The American business magazine analyzed Google Maps ratings of all Taco Bell locations in the United States to determine the five best and worst in America.

The rankings were determined using a weighted scoring system from Fast Company that takes into account the average customer review score and the number of reviews customers submitted as of July 30.

The second worst-ranking Taco Bell is located at 1810 E. Seymour Ave. in Roselawn. The store received a weighted score of -5.51, just 0.05 points ahead of the worst-ranking Taco Bell in Deltona, Florida.

The ranking also included a “representative” customer rating for each location. The representative rating for the Cincinnati Taco Bell is:

“LOL, didn’t this place just open? This is my first time here and I ordered two very small dishes. I was told to stop and wait and they would bring it. When I stop, I notice there are about 10 other cars waiting as well.”

“Barely any parking space where I could stop and wait for my food. It took about 10 minutes to get my stuff. The ladies working there seemed very frustrated and upset. They were cursing and yelling while I was paying at the counter. Not a very good experience.”

Examples of other Google Maps ratings for the location include:

“We couldn’t get our food because the lady at the drive thru ‘didn’t feel like it.’” (2 weeks ago)

“Every time I come here, which has been five times in the last month, because I work near Third Street, so it makes sense to go here on my lunch break… at least every time (their) ‘system is down.’ How????” (2 months ago)

“I’m updating my review as I think this place has improved a lot. The regular price is too high in my opinion but the deals make it worthwhile. My last visit was super efficient and everything was plentiful and delicious.” (4 months ago)

“TERRIBLE!!! Waited 45 minutes for 6 tacos and a quesadilla! And then they gave me my food for free!” (5 months ago)
