The victim was found on the roof of the fifth floor, police said.
He was flown to hospital in critical condition.

The incident caused chaos in the gallery.
BBC journalist Jonny Dymond, who was at the Tate Modern at the time, told reporters that he saw ten police cars and two fire engines arrive at the building.
“There were quite a few families with children there and the security guards told us we weren’t allowed to leave,” Dymond said.
“Parts of the building’s exterior facade were taped off.”
Tate Modern informed visitors on Twitter that the museum would be closed the day after the incident.
