Jeremy Clarkson says he thinks about death every day
Jeremy Clarkson has said he thinks about death every day and would be “angry” if he died at the age of 61.
The Top equipment And Grand Tour The star turned 61 this year – the age his father was when he died – but said he was “far from finished”.
He told The Guardian: “When my father died at 61, I thought, ‘That was a pretty good year.’ Now I’m 61. If I died, I’d be angry.

“I’m far from finished. So, yes, I think about dying every day.”
The television star said that when he thought about his own death, he thought he would “put out his last cigarette at 107 and just die.”
However, Clarkson gave up smoking four years ago after she suffered from pneumonia during a family holiday in Mallorca and had to be hospitalized.
The following year, he posted a message on Twitter telling his followers that he was doing just fine in his life without cigarettes.
“One year ago today I smoked my last cigarette,” he wrote.
“Smoked half a million of these over the years, but don’t really miss it.
“Strange.”

However, the presenter admitted that he gained weight after quitting smoking.
Speech at a screening of The big tour, He said: “Has anyone else gotten fat, like incredibly fat, because of this? It’s just awful.”
