Popular national TV show caught filming episode in Boise Business

There’s nothing better than seeing Boise mentioned on TV or TikTok, and we’ve definitely been getting a lot of attention lately. From Boise having a contestant on Big Brother this summer to all the Idaho Tik Toks going viral, it’s cool to see our city making such a big impact. HGTV even named it the second best place to live in the entire country! Boise is definitely growing, and other people have noticed, including TV producers.

If you’ve never heard of the show What Would You Do?, you may be missing out on some great television! The show puts real people in situations and explores what they would do if they saw something bad happening to someone else. People are tested to see if they would stand up for what is right or just stand by and watch something bad happen right in front of their eyes.

Because of the show’s popularity, they traveled all over the country filming episodes in a variety of locations. They went to ice cream parlors, bars and restaurants and always asked themselves the same question: What would you do?

Now the show has arrived in Boise and earlier this week it was revealed that they are filming an episode at none other than Boise Brewing! A Boise resident, Ashton, was enjoying Boise Brewing and was completely unaware that an episode was being filmed there. She said the entire bar, wait staff and patrons were in the episode except for her and a few others. The episode was about AI and the good and bad effects it can have on our generation. Because of this, the scene was set between a boyfriend and girlfriend and the bad effects of AI and when the girlfriend (an actress) had a meltdown because of it, Ashton and another girl stepped in! We had complete faith that our Boise residents would do the right thing and when John Quiñones stepped in and asked “What would you do?” they responded perfectly!

We don’t know when the episode will air, but we hope to see Boise in action soon.
