The restaurant will continue to serve the west side of the Phoenix area and pursue expansion throughout the valley.

“Our team has seen incredible momentum and interest this year. With three company-owned locations and three franchise units, CaliTacos has a total of six locations – some of which are still in development and awaiting an official opening date. By the end of the year, Ruiz said, CaliTacos is targeting locations throughout the East and West Valley, with plans to expand to Queen Creek, San Tan Valley, Casa Grande and Gilbert, Arizona.
