The 5 Most Expensive Homes Sold So Far in Dutchess County NY in 2024

Rhinebeck is home to four of the five most expensive homes sold in Dutchess County this year. A home in Red Hook is also in the top five.

These residences, priced between $1.41 million and $2.34 million, are all located within close proximity to the village of Rhinebeck and offer some stunning features, from Hudson River views to multiple fireplaces, luxurious amenities and manicured landscaping.

Here are the five most expensive homes sold in Dutchess County so far this year, according to realtor.com.

1. 403 Rhinecliff Road, Rhinebeck: $2,347,500

Sold on March 26, 2024

This 3,700-square-foot Gothic Revival-style home sits on 7.6 acres with views of the Hudson River and the Catskill Mountains. Built in 2009, the “North River House” is the newest home on this list and features three bedrooms, five bathrooms, and a two-car garage.
