QWER will release new music in September, the girl group rock band’s agency, Tamago Production, announced on Friday.

“QWER is preparing for its return in September,” said Tamago Production. “We want to fully live up to the love the four members have experienced with high-quality music and stages.”

The new music comes five months after the release of the rock band Manito’s first EP in April. The EP’s title track “TBH” reached number 3 on the Melon Top 100 singles chart when it was released. As of Friday evening, “TBH” is at number 9 on the same charts.

Further information about the new music will be announced at a later date.

The four-member rock band, consisting of Chodan, Magenta, Hina, and Siyeon, debuted with their first single “Harmony from Discord” on October 18, 2023. The band also performed at this year’s Pentaport Rock Festival, one of Korea’s largest rock music festivals, which was held in Incheon on August 2.

QWER also collaborated with the popular online game League of Legends (LoL) in July for the song “Anima Power” for the game’s summer event “Anima Squad”.
