Rapper, songwriter, chef and television host Action Bronson, who lost 60 pounds after making a commitment to get healthy during the pandemic, recently toured an 11th-floor apartment at the Huron on Brooklyn’s Greenpoint waterfront.

The family-friendly, 150-square-meter corner apartment is for sale for $3.25 million. Utilities are an additional $2,334 per month.

The lyrical chef, who is also a wrestler and has 2 million followers on Instagram, vowed to live a healthier lifestyle as his family expands. He even reportedly does Pilates with his wife Valeria now. The couple have a son together, Benicio, born in 2019, and a daughter, Lennox Daisy, born in 2022.

“I want to stay alive,” Bronson said in an interview last fall. “I want to stay alive and enjoy all the incredible opportunities that lie ahead and live all the beauty that surrounds us every day.”

The spacious residence features three bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms and a 28 square meter terrace.

We heard that the couple was only interested in the water view and that the building’s proximity to the ferry was also an attraction.

Design details include high ceilings, wide oak plank floors and floor-to-ceiling windows with views of the East River and Manhattan skyline, as well as energy-efficient multi-zone VRF heating and cooling.

The home opens to a foyer that leads to an open living and dining room with a professional kitchen and a patio for outdoor dining. There is also a master bedroom suite with a walk-in closet and spa-like bath.

Building sales are also booming. A 1,500-square-foot seventh-floor apartment recently went under contract for $4.21 million, which brokers say is a record in Greenpoint.

A buyer has already been found for the $5.7 million penthouse.

Designed by prolific architect Morris Adjmi, the building consists of two towers with over 2,800 square meters of amenities – including a saltwater pool overlooking the river, a gym, a dance studio with mirrors and ballet barres, and locker rooms with a sauna.

There is also a concierge, on-site parking, a pet spa, cold storage, a resident lounge with a pool table, a formal dining room, a co-working area, a game room and a children’s playroom.
