The FIR was registered following the complaint of the victim’s father.

According to the plaintiff, the victim was a 12th grade student.

He added that his daughter used to go to school around 8 am every day. On August 20, she left for school around 7:45 am but did not reach there. The school staff called her to find out the reason.

The plaintiff added that his daughter came home at around 1:30 p.m. When questioned, the girl stated that the defendant had followed her. He intercepted her on the way and offered to take her to school on his bicycle, but did not take her to school, but somewhere else.
