What happened in episode 7 of Fairy Tail: 100 Years Quest?

Episode No. 7 concludes the first stage of the adventure in Ermina

Episode #7 of Fairy Tail: 100 Years of Adventure begins with them dealing with the aftermath of the battle against Mercphobia, while the citizens of Ermina gradually begin rebuilding the city. Natsu, looking over the city up close with Happy, reveals that he doesn’t remember much of what happened after eating Ignia’s flames. Lucy scolds Natsu for not being more careful, and reveals that she burned her chest while trying to stop him from going on a rampage. Despite this, Natsu thanks Lucy for stopping him and apologizes to her for hurting him.

Meanwhile, Gray explains to the citizens of Ermina that they were originally humans who were turned into fish by Mercphobia to survive the rising sea levels when he lost control of his power. The citizens continue to idolize the Water Gid Dragon despite this and seem very sad about his death when Karameel and Mercphobia show up.

Mercphobia reveals that he has lost all his magical powers and declares his intention to live as a human among the citizens of Ermina. Back at Magia Dragon, Elefseria notices that Mercphobia has been sealed and begins to believe that Natsu and the rest of the Fairy Tail wizards may be the ones who can complete the impossible 100-year quest.

The episode then switches to the Diabolos Guild, where fans meet their Guild Master, Georg Reizen, who receives a report on the Fairy Tail Wizards and Dragon Eaters’ dispute with Natsu and the others in Ermina. Back in Ishgar, Sting, Rogue, Tsukino, Angel, Lector, and Frosch visit the Fairy Tail Guild, only to find it completely deserted with no member in sight. At the same time, Touka, or rather the White Magician, is seen on a ship seemingly on its way to Natsu and the others.

Back in Guiltina, Mercphobia tells Natsu and his friends about the other God Dragons and their names and gives them advice on how to tackle the next leg of their journey. He reveals that he doesn’t know much about the other God Dragons. So Natsu and the others set off on the next leg of the journey and first stop in Tekka, where they plan to take a train to Drasil, the largest city in Guiltina. In Tekka Erza is mistaken for someone else named Elkis, who turns out to be Erza’s doppelganger. which then leads the group to their guild called Fairy Nail.

Episode #8 of Fairy Tail: 100 Years of Adventure will likely follow Natsu and the others as they meet their doppelgangers on Guiltina. The mysterious Fairy Nail Guild is sure to be full of members just as quirky as those back home in Fairy Tail, and the episode overall promises plenty of fun and classic mischief with these counterparts, much like the Edolas Arc.

The episode will also likely deal with the relationship between Gray and Juvia, as Gray encounters Juvia’s doppelgänger at Fairy Nail, forcing him to reflect on his feelings for the water mage.
