Bollywood actors Manoj Bajpayee and his wife Shabana Bajpayee have sold their apartment in Mumbai’s Mahalaxmi area for Rs 90 crore, according to documents accessed by Square Yards. The property in the luxury residential tower Minerva has a living area of ​​116 square metres. The sale was officially registered on August 16. Manoj Bajpayee and his wife bought the apartment in 2013 for Rs 640 crore. Developed by Lokhandwala Kataria Constructions, Minerva Tower is an 8,000 square metre project with 362 residential units. The apartment being sold is located on the 47th floor and has two parking spaces of 240 sq. ft. The buyers are Praveen Jhanji and Saloni Jhanji. A stamp duty of Rs 54 lakh was paid for the transaction.

Minerva offers 3 and 4 bedroom apartments, many with views of the Arabian Sea and Mahalaxmi Race Course. The location is close to major business districts such as Lower Parel, Worli and Nariman Point.

Apart from residential real estate, Manoj Bajpayee also invested in commercial real estate. Last year, he invested Rs 32 crore in four office spaces in Oshiwara, a western suburb of Mumbai.
