Residents of the villa area enjoy true lock-and-leave convenience with minimal maintenance required such as snow removal, lawn mowing and fertilizing, landscaping, spring mulching of landscape beds and opening/closing of irrigation systems. The low monthly maintenance fee also includes membership and use of all community amenities.
