ShackStream: The Stevetendo Show! Episode 491

Lupus the dog continues his run in Jet Force Gemini on the Stevetendo Show!

Tonight on the Stevetendo Show we return to our Jet Force Gemini playthrough. This game has taken me through the highest of highs and the lowest of lows. During the last Jet Force Gemini episode we fought two praying mantis monsters and this fight was probably one of the worst boss fights I have ever experienced. We defeated the big bugs and made our way to Mizar’s palace.

I really think it would be much more entertaining if Rare gave you access to Lupus the dog much earlier in the game. Being able to glide through the air like Lupus would make platforming easier, as the in-game camera is terrible. Tonight might be a two-for-one night on the show, but I’m sure we’re getting close to the end. The live broadcast is scheduled for 5pm PT/8pm ET. Check out the Stevetendo Show for more of our Jet Force Gemini playthrough.

Shackers who want to join in on the fun can visit the Shacknews Twitch channel where they can tune in to the Stevetendo Show every Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday.

If you can’t make it to the show tonight, you can watch Mondays at 6pm PT/9pm ET. The show will feature more of our playthrough of Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past, as well as more of Dragon Quest XI. I’ve been making progress on A Link to the Past and am now on the fourth Dark World dungeon, Thieves’ Town. As for Dragon Quest XI, we headed to Octagonia and competed in a major martial arts tournament. The action only gets more intense in both playthroughs, and you won’t want to miss it!

Don’t forget to subscribe to the Shacknews VODs YouTube channel as well as the Shacknews Twitch channel to never miss out on the great shows the channels have to offer. If you subscribe to the Shacknews channels, having a rough night at the office and missing the Stevetendo Show will be a thing of the past. There are other great shows on the network, but I am a fan of the Stevetendo Show!

Keep thinking of new games you’d like to see featured on the Stevetendo Show. If it’s on the Nintendo Switch or Nintendo Switch Online service, there’s a great chance it will be played on the program. You never know when Nintendo will add something to the Nintendo Switch Online service, so stay tuned.
