Hand on heart, chin up (or eyes on the textbook) and singing along to the Dutch national anthem – that’s how a cantus always begins. That applies to this one too.

The days when Cantus took place in Van der Goot’s exam hall are long gone. With the current five thousand participants, it wouldn’t fit anyway. So this sing-along party will be back in Ahoy this Tuesday.

Most students have no problems relaxing that evening. The mood is quickly built up. Standing on the benches is not allowed, nor is drinking outside the drink little brother drink Song.
