Online marketplace Tiny House Listings recently created a new, fairly large and spacious towable home. Dubbed the 28′ Model Tiny, this cozy home features a light-filled interior that is great for those who hate climbing stairs to bed every night. All amenities are mostly arranged on one floor. Measuring 8.5 meters, the tiny home is on the small side for typical North American tiny home models. The tiny home is based on a three-axle trailer and features wood and cement board siding. It is accented by a steel roof.

Designer: Tiny House Listings

The tiny house has a floor area of 224 square metres and is laid out quite airy and impressively. The interior is quite open and can be entered via double glass doors that lead to the living room. The living area includes a sofa with built-in storage as well as a bed. The glazing is quite generous and offers stunning views of the surrounding countryside. It also lets in plenty of light. The kitchen is located next to the living area and includes a sink, induction hob, cupboards and a large pantry. The kitchen also includes quartz worktops and an apartment-sized fridge/freezer as well as a dining table for two.

The kitchen and bathroom of the 28′ Model Tiny Home are connected by a sliding door. The bathroom is quite small and compact and has a shower, flush toilet and wall-mounted sink. Above the bathroom is a loft that is large enough to be used as a bathroom, but since it has no windows, it is better suited as a storage space.

The 28′ Model Tiny is a well-designed and free-flowing home for those who prefer open floor plans and inviting and airy spaces. It is well-appointed with generous glass windows and ample storage. All rooms are on one floor, making movement easy and eliminating the need for stairs.
