Matthew Perry’s final words revealed in court documents

More harrowing details are coming to light following Matthew Perry’s death. Now court documents have emerged revealing some of the late actor’s final moments before his tragic death.

Recently, publications such as PEOPLE magazine combed through various court documents to find some of the Friends the last words of actor Matthew Perry. He tells his assistant Kenneth Iwamasa: “Give me a big syringe.” He is referring to doses of ketamine that his assistant has no medical training to administer.

Nevertheless, Kenneth gave Matthew the drug. It was the third time he gave it to the actor. He also pleaded guilty in court. After that, Perry died face down in his hot tub in October 2023.

Arrests after Matthew Perry’s death

Kenneth Iwamasa is one of five people charged in the death of Matthew Perry. Authorities believe the motive is clearly financial. They are allegedly taking advantage of his addiction to make money off of him. Whether they give him the dose or he buys it outright, they are supporting him in his addiction despite knowing his past problems.

And what made matters worse: Matthew had just recovered from his struggles before relapsing shortly before his death. “Ultimately, these defendants were more interested in profiting from Mr. Perry than in caring about his well-being,” said U.S. Attorney Martin Estrada.

The other four arrests include “The Ketamine Queen” Jasveen Sangha, Dr. Salvador Plasencia, Erik Fleming and Dr. Mark Chavez. Fleming pleaded guilty to conspiracy to distribute ketamine, which inevitably led to the death of Matthew Perry. Chavez is also facing the same charge and authorities expect him to plead guilty as well.

Neither Sangha nor Plascencia have admitted to the confession, and it is not yet known whether they have lawyers. Sangha faces the most charges related to her role in the crime she is accused of, mainly various drug offenses and drug distribution. She also likely faces the longest sentence: a minimum of 10 years in prison and a maximum of life imprisonment.
