While fans know that co-hosts Julianne Hough And Alfonso Ribeiro will return to the show and join judges Carrie Ann Inaba, Bruno Tonioli and Derek Hough will resume their seats on the jury, the line-up has yet to be announced.

Now another name has joined the rumor list – none other than the “pommel horse guy”: Stephen Nedoroscik.

Stephen Nedoroscik, known as the “pommel horse guy,” has taken the world by storm following his outstanding performance in the gymnasts’ team final at the 2024 Paris Olympic Games.

Nedoroscik made history by becoming only the second American in four decades to win a medal in the pommel horse competition. The athlete, known as Clark Kent thanks to his striking, bespectacled appearance, quickly captured the internet’s attention.

“I’ve just been on top of the world for a week,” Nedoroscik said at a press conference during the Olympics. “I literally had to turn off my notifications yesterday because I had to focus on this competition.”

“I’m glad people are making memes of me. I find it so funny,” he added. “It’s almost surreal to finally unwind after a day of training and see on TikTok that someone made a meme of me.”

“Dancing With The Stars” is broadcast on the Internet, and Access to Hollywood decided to go straight to the source.

“One of my biggest insecurities is dancing,” he said. “But I’m always the type to push boundaries.”

“Even competing in the Olympics – it’s a very uncomfortable environment and I’ve gotten used to being uncomfortable,” he continued. “So that’s definitely out of the question.”

In addition to the “pommel horse guy,” recently retired NFL player Jason Kelce, brother of Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce, is also rumored to be competing for the Mirror Ball Trophy.

“DWTS” professional Jenna Johnson described the former center in an interview with People Magazineand said, “He just retired. I think this is just the thing. If his wife wants to do it with Val, we could definitely do that. I know he has a couple of kids, so we could talk about parenting and stuff like that.”

Another name floating around for the upcoming season is Olympian Ilona Maher. Her body positivity message has made her the top rugby player on Instagram. But that’s the thing – Ilona recently started following the “DWTS” Instagram account, which has fans wondering: Could she be getting ready to hit the dance floor in the fall?

Julianne Hough stepped in as co-host of the ABC competition show, replacing Tyra Banks.

“It is a great honor to be back as a co-host on Dancing with the Stars. The show holds a very special place in my heart because of the many years and different roles I have been privileged to play on the show,” Hough said last year. “The incredible team that brings the ballroom to life every night has been my family for 17 years. I am so excited to be back with Alfonso, Carrie Ann, Bruno, Derek, the incredibly talented professionals and the amazing cast on the dance floor.”

“Every time you walk into the ballroom, the energy is magnetic and I can’t wait to feel it again – and of course share it with the absolute best and most loyal fans – for another exciting season,” she continued.

In June 2023, Ribeiro expressed his excitement about Julianne’s new role as host.

“I think our chemistry will be fantastic. We’ve known each other for so long. She was a judge on my season,” he said Entertainment tonight. “We’ve known each other for years and our energy just feels so good. We sat down and had lunch and two and a half hours later we were like, ‘I guess we should go home and do something.’ And I think that kind of chemistry and friendship will come across to the audience on the show.”

ABC will announce the celebrity contestants for season 33 of “Dancing With the Stars” at a later date.
