An 18-year-old Levittown man has been charged after Tullytown District Police and Bucks County Criminal Investigation Department began an investigation into child rape and sexual assault.

Isaiah Oliver, 18, was charged with involuntary sexual abuse of a person under 16, sexual assault and battery of a person under 16, sexual assault of a minor and sexual battery of a person under 16. He was preliminarily arraigned last week by District Judge Terry Hughes and bail was set at 10 percent of $250,000.

In January, Tullytown County Police and Bucks County Criminal Investigation began investigating an alleged sexual assault of a girl in the county.

According to the investigation, several teenagers were in a home in the Tullytown district on January 14-15 when 18-year-old Isaiah Oliver of Levittown solicited a 13-year-old girl for sex, but the girl refused.

Later, Oliver watched a movie with the girl and raped her. He did not stop when the girl asked him to, police said.

The girl claimed Oliver told her he would kill her with his gun after she warned her he would get in trouble, police said.

After the threat, Oliver then forced the girl to perform a sexual act with him, police said.

The girl was distraught after the incident and came away crying, police said.

The next day, Oliver sent the girl a social media message in which she said she was asking for an explicit photo, police said.

The day after the alleged rape, other teenagers confronted Oliver and he said his family came to their house and “started shit,” police said.

After a report of alleged rape and sexual assault was made, investigators seized several pieces of evidence.

According to court documents, the Pennsylvania State Police crime lab tested evidence and found Oliver’s DNA in the 13-year-old girl’s underwear.

Oliver denied any sexual contact with the girl and said she asked him for sex, police said.
