⛽ How gas prices in Orlando have changed in the last week

Gasoline prices have not changed significantly for several weeks and are on average about 45 cents lower than at the same time last year.

According to AAA data, gas costs during most of the season were the same – if not less – than last summer.

This trend could continue as the weather gets cooler and seasonal travel demand declines.

Hurricane Ernesto left the United States this week, sparing motorists from the effects of damaged oil and gas infrastructure, although it is causing turbulence for late summer beachgoers.

“With the switch to winter gasoline beginning in most countries in less than a month, gasoline prices will soon experience their seasonal cooldown – just like temperatures, this will soon be the case,” GasBuddy analyst Patrick De Haan said in a statement on Monday.

Stacker compiled gas price statistics for the Orlando, FL metropolitan area using data from AAA. Gas prices are current as of August 19.
