SB330 could bring townhouses to 14936 Sutton Drive in San Jose
A new residential development has been proposed for 14936 Sutton Drive in San Jose. The project proposal includes the construction of a new residential community with 10 new townhomes.
TDDG LLC is listed as the project applicant.
The project site covers an area of 0.4 acres. The scope of work includes the development of three new three-story buildings with 10 townhomes each. The building height will be a maximum of 35 feet.
The terraced houses will have three or four bedroom floor plans. The total built-up living space will be 1,850 square meters. The residential complex will have a 7,000 square meter green open space.
A project application using SB330 Builder’s Remedy has been filed. An SB330 application has been filed which prohibits a local agency from denying a very low-, low-, or moderate-income housing project or emergency shelter project or tying the approval in a manner that makes it impracticable unless the local agency makes certain written findings based on a preponderance of the evidence in the record.
The expected construction schedule has not yet been announced.
