Lauren Goodger worries about her 3-year-old daughter who is ‘lying on the bathroom floor’ after catching ‘the worst virus ever’
Lauren Goodger has revealed that she is currently suffering from an illness that has left her “on the bathroom floor” with the “worst virus” she has ever had.
The TOWIE star told her 947,000 Instagram followers that she had contracted norovirus and that symptoms included headaches and the need to vomit “every 20 minutes.”
Although she feels terrible herself, Lauren said her biggest concern is that her three-year-old daughter, Larose, could also become infected.
In her Instagram story, the 37-year-old told her fans: “I can’t believe it, I have a virus. I’m so tired and I’m lying on the bathroom floor right now. I really can’t use this right now.”
“No sleep at all, every 20 minutes, this was the worst virus I think I’ve ever had. My headaches are so bad.”
She added: “Now I’m just waiting for my three-year-old to catch it. That will be the hardest part, if she’s not well I’ll be terribly worried. I hate seeing my baby sick, especially when I’m alone.”

Lauren’s illness comes just weeks after she shared with fans her emergency room nightmare in which she took her daughter to the hospital with respiratory symptoms because she was having “difficulty breathing.”
“My happy girl back in the ER,” Lauren wrote Thursday night alongside an Instagram boomerang from Larose.
“Honestly, I have never experienced so much illness in such a short period of time!
“I don’t know what’s wrong, but she’s coughing, has a fever, and her breathing is limited. Three hours have passed and wow, my head and body hurt!
“I can’t wait until we get home. It’s her birthday in two days,” the TOWIE star wrote in the caption.
Larose was hospitalized in May with a similar illness, which Lauren called the “worst two nights.” In March, she was brought to the emergency room with abdominal pain.
After being admitted just days before her third birthday, Lauren pulled out all the stops for her daughter, throwing a party with lavish decorations and a three-tiered pastel Disney-themed cake.
The party included various activities for children, including bouncy castles and a trampoline for Larose and her friends to have fun on in the garden.
Lauren also treated her daughter to a visit from two Disney princesses – Elsa and Anna from Frozen – who sang to the children and did face painting. They were also assisted by a life-sized Olaf snowman.
