Derek Jeter had a fantastic time at Fanatics Fest, where he drew a huge crowd – no surprise given his legendary status. MLB fans, and especially fans of the New York Yankees and Derek Jeter, saw him live on stage, where he spoke about a variety of topics. Particularly witty were the lines from David Ortiz, Derek Jeter’s former nemesis at the Boston Red Sox. Jeter was even given a custom-made championship belt by the WWE, a tradition first started by Triple H!

However, Jeter’s social battery must have run out because shortly after the event, he rushed back to his family to spend some time with them. Little did Derek Jeter know, he wasn’t ready to rest. Instead, Jeter took to Instagram to call for help, posting a carousel of pictures with the caption “HELP!!!” It turns out that his daughters were exercising their artistic skills and painting his entire face and head. Being the loving father he is, he has no choice but to give himself to his girls.

Derek Jeter’s father mode activated

Derek Jeter led the New York Yankees to five championships. He never gave up, but the father in him definitely gave in to his daughters’ domestic artistry. On Sunday, Jeter uploaded pictures of himself sitting in a lawn chair with red hearts drawn on his face, two on his cheeks and one on his forehead. But that’s not all, the second slide of the post showed a picture of Derek Jeter’s head scribbled with the words: “Dada.” Well, doesn’t that just make you say “ohhh!”?

But we’re sure he’s enjoying being a “girl dad” to the fullest. Just in May, Derek Jeter told People Magazine that he loves the experience. He mentioned: “I pick my kids up from school and bring them home. They do my nails, my toenails, my makeup, and my lipstick. But my girls are the best thing I’ve ever experienced. They are the absolute best.” The New York Yankees icon has four children with his wife Hannah. His eldest daughter is six-year-old Bella Raine, then there are four-year-old Story Grey and two-year-old River Rose.

Now, however, he is not just a father to a girl anymore, as just last May, the couple welcomed baby Kauis Green, their youngest child. What a beautiful family and you have to admit, those names are pretty perfect! And it’s clear that Derek Jeter is a full-on dad, and fans loved the post, flooding his post with heartfelt comments.

Fans rave about Captain Clutch as a “girl’s dad”

We are not at all surprised that you are that kind of father. ❤️”, Well, as they say, you can never forget how you make someone feel and that’s really true. In fact, NFL star Patrick Mahomes shared how he met Jeter as a kid and knew he wanted to be a shortstop like him. Mahomes said Jeter was an inspiration to him!

Someone commented: “That’s beautiful. You are and will always be my favorite Yankee. I watch most of your games. When you played, you were a superstar.” Fans have always loved Jeter’s looks, his easy-going nature and of course his sense of humor. Jeter was Rookie of the Year and helped his team win the World Series five times. In 2003, he became the team’s captain. His fans honored him with the name “Captain Clutch.”

One commentator noted: “Definitely a girl, daddy! Gotta love it.” Derek Jeter retired in 2014 and even since then, there is no doubt that he has devoted most of his time to his family. In 2022, while speaking to People, he said that after his retirement, he spends a lot of his time chasing after the girls and changing diapers! While he was of course fulfilling his fatherly duties, he also invested a lot of time in building a business and recently launched his trading card business.

Someone pointed out “Derek, we’re on our way to rescue you.” But honestly, does he need rescuing? Jeter has posted about his kids painting his nails before. He even mentioned that he doesn’t put pressure on his kids to be great – he just wants them to have fun. Although his oldest daughter wants to be a photographer, he’s OK with whatever his kids are passionate about.

Since retiring in 2014, Jeter has been busy enjoying his family life, and it’s obvious that he loves it. With his kids growing up so quickly, he makes the most of his time with them – from painting his nails to being willing to use his face as a canvas for his kids.
