AKIPRESS.COM – In the Russian city of Nizhnevartovsk, Kyrgyz citizen Aman Batyrbekov prevented a tragedy, according to media reports.

Residents of a high-rise building were alerted by falling toys that someone had thrown from above. Upon closer inspection, they noticed a child on the eighth-floor windowsill and called the police. While the police were on their way, neighbors tried to persuade the 3-year-old boy to return to the apartment, but their efforts were unsuccessful.

When the police arrived, they tried to reach the residents of the apartment from which the child had come, but no one opened the door.

Batyrbekov then came to help. He climbed down from the ninth floor using a rope. When he entered the apartment, he found the boy alone. It turned out that the parents had tied him to the furniture with a rope by his leg and left. When the child’s mother was found, she claimed that she had only been away for a short time.

A report was drawn up against her for failing to fulfill her parental responsibilities for the care and upbringing of the minor. She was also reported to the police as a problematic mother.
