Bradley’s surname Marongo was given to a twin, but his mother denied that he had a twin and explained why she gave him that name.
“He doesn’t have a twin. I named him after my father, who had a twin,” she explained.
The soft-spoken mother announced that Bradley was her last child, saying he was 22 years old, not 27 as he had previously stated.
“He was born on April 16, 2002. He is 22 years old and doesn’t even have an ID. My second born is 27 years old, not Bradley,” she said.
She asked Kenyans to give her son, who works as a black marketeer, a decent job so that he could help her and his young family.
“We are homeless. We have no place of our own. Hatuna nyumba, hatuna shamba yaani sijui cha kusema (We have neither a house nor a land, I really don’t know what to say),” she said.

“Please help my son in any work. I request all those who are well disposed towards us to help us get a piece of land and build a house for us so that we can have a home, Tusikae, homeless people,” she added.
The worried mother said that all four of her children were unemployed and asked benefactors to help them find jobs. She spoke about how she struggled to raise her children alone.
“Nimeteseka na hawa watoto. Bradley ndio angekuwa taa yangu anitoe kwa umaskini (I was struggling with those children. I thought Bradley would have been my light to lift me out of poverty),” she said.
Where is Bradley Mtall’s father?
In an interview with KTN, the 22-year-old said his father abandoned him and his mother when he was born.
He said he had never seen him and did not know where he was.
